Pricing for Honey Weddings venue rental only option: 

Prime Season Weddings: May-June & September-November, 11 am to 11 pm:  Friday $12,000 Saturday $14,000 Sunday $9000

July/August/December: 1 pm to 11 pm: Friday $8700, Saturday $10,700 Sunday $6700

Winter Weddings: January-April: 1 pm to 11 pm: Friday $7000 Saturday $7900 Sunday $6500

New Year’s Eve: $14,000 from 2 pm to 2 am

Monday-Thursday Weekday Wedding: 1pm to 11 pm: $6200 (off-season rate) Prime Season: $7900

*Please note: Catering and beverages are not included in the venue rental price.  You have the freedom to choose from one of our preferred caterers.  Alcoholic beverages are either through our Bottle Club which allows clients to BYOB or use a caterer with a Delaware off-premise license for liquor and food.  A Thousand Acre Farm Wedding Coordinator is required. Our Wedding pricing varies based on the date, hours needed, and season. Custom packages can be created for last-minute weddings if you are flexible with your date.
