Our orchard consists of dwarf trees which allows the fruit to be easily reached from the ground for easy picking!  We have a vast variety of apples which consist of:

Jonamac: A red and green apple that is a cross between a Jonathan and a McIntosh that is aromatic, juicy, and has a semi-sweet flavor. Wonderful for snacking, baking, and making sauce.

Gala: One of the most popular snacking apples for its very sweet, crisp, creamy yellow flesh. It has a characteristic striped skin that is almost orange in color. Best used for: Snacking

Honeycrisp: America’s favorite snacking apple due to the exceptionally crisp and juicy texture as well as a complex flavor that is both tart and honey-sweet. It has a beautiful reddish-pink and gold color and is the most popular apple at Jonamac. Best used for: Snacking

Fuji: One of the most popular late-season apples, they are very sweet and have a crisp flesh that is great for snacking. Can be used in baking as well and is delicious in salads. Best used for: Snacking and cooking

Crimson Crisp: A beautiful bright red apple over a yellow background with an extremely crisp flesh and rich sweet-tart flavor. This newer variety is sure to become a favorite snacking apple. Best used for: Snacking

Golden Delicious: A classic favorite that is perfect for snacking and cooking. A great all-purpose apple that is sweet and crisp with a bright golden skin. Best used for: Snacking and baking

Shizuka: Perfect for apple salad, eating fresh or juicing; Fruit is juicy, firm with and it’s slow to brown when cut. Sweeter character with a lack of acidity, and is the better choice if you prefer a sweet eating apple.

Goldrush: One of the best keeping apples ever! Keeps in the refrigerator until June of the year following harvest. Retains crisp texture and, like fine wine, Goldrush’s flavor gets even better with time. The large, late ripening apples are exceptional for fresh eating—and out of this world for pies and cider!

Pink Lady: Known for their bright pink skin and very tart and crisp flesh, this late-season variety is quickly becoming a favorite snacking apple.
