Need more time to set-up?  We now offer the option to access the barn the day before your wedding to get a head start on your decorating!  $575/hr*

*Please note: Catering and beverages are not included in the venue rental price.  You have the freedom to choose from one of our preferred caterers.  Alcoholic beverages are either through our Bottle Club which allows clients to BYOB, hire a Thousand Acre Farm approved bartender and purchase a beverage/mixer package. Or use a caterer from our list with a Delaware off-premise license for liquor and food.  A Thousand Acre Farm Wedding Coordinator is required. Our Wedding pricing varies based on the date, hours needed, and season. Custom packages can be created for last-minute weddings if you are flexible with your date.
