January-March: 11 am to 11 pm: Friday $7,500, Saturday $8,000, Sunday $7,500, Weekdays $6,500
April-November: 11 am to 11 pm: Friday $8,000, Saturday $9,000, Sunday $8,000, Weekdays $7,000
Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Day): $8,500
Reception Only Package: Already married? Having a ceremony off-site? We offer a 7 hour reception package for the main barn only starting at $5500
Need more time to set-up? We now offer the option to access the barn the day before your wedding to get a head start on your decorating! $575/hr*

*Please note: Catering and beverages are not included in the venue rental price. You have the freedom to choose from one of our preferred caterers or provide your own (extra charges apply). Alcoholic beverages are either through our Bottle Club which allows clients to BYOB, hire a Thousand Acre Farm approved bartender and purchase a beverage/mixer package. Or use a caterer from our list with a Delaware off-premise license for liquor and food. A Wedding Coordinator is required, you may also bring your own coordinator (extra charges apply). Our Wedding pricing varies based on the date, hours needed, and season. Custom packages can be created for last-minute weddings if you are flexible with your date.
