The 8,000 square ft. barn was built by an Amish company located in Lancaster, PA. The barn seats up to 180 people inside and unlimited seating outside with a tent rental. In addition, the barn features custom doors and hardwood floors throughout the entire barn. Every window feature water view and the high, arching ceilings evoke an open feel for both small and large parties.
Enjoy cocktail hour under the lights of our covered patio with a cozy fireplace and sweeping waterfront views. The downstairs Lodge has rustic high-top tables, pool table, 4 HDTV’s and amazing views of the water and sunsets. The main dining and dancing floor provides the ultimate rustic glam location for your wedding or event with a dramatic fireplace. The third-floor loft offers an amazing vantage point overlooking the dance floor along with a luxurious bridal suite and lounge area. The barn also consists of three impressive custom bathrooms, and an expansive deck overlooking the private waterfront.

Located upstairs, the Sunset Suite offers couples a luxurious rustic retreat. This suite is perfect for adding to your wedding package or for a relaxing stay at any time. It features a sumptuous full-sized bed, a table and chairs, a sitting area, a desk, a microwave, a coffee maker, a mini refrigerator, and a luxurious full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
